American Music Awards Nominees 2009
While Taylor Swift and Michael Jackson may have been the night’s big winners at this year’s American Music Awards, the annual awards show was really about bold fashion choices and memorable, over-the-top performances.
Shakira, Mary J. Blige, Keith Urban, Whitney Houston, and Eminem were just a few of the A-list stars that performed, but it was Lady Gaga, Adam Lambert, Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez (who fell during her performance prompting plenty of YouTube hits), and Janet Jackson (who seemed to be blatantly lip syncing) that threw the biggest buzz.
